An Anti-Ragging Committee with the following teachers/officers as per statutory requirement has to be constituted. The designated members of the committee are as follows:
The functions of the committee are as follows:
1. To ensure a ragging-free environment in the college campus and hostel.
2. To prevent, prohibit and eliminate all forms of ragging within the institution.
3. To create awareness among students regarding the UGC Anti-Ragging Regulations and the consequences of ragging.
4. To receive and enquire into complaints related to ragging from students, parents, faculty or staff and take appropriate action.
5. To provide counselling and support to victims of ragging and ensure their safety.
6. To organize awareness programmes, orientation sessions and campaigns promoting discipline, respect and harmony among students.
